The former manager for Ghanaian multi award winning songstress BECCA, Kiki Banson has denied reports circulating in the media claiming he has abandoned Rebecca Acheampong known as BECCA for another Ghanaian songstress Efya to headline the fifth edition of the Girl Talk Concept.
Just some few weeks ago, Studio360gh kept asking whether BECCA would still be the headline artiste for the next edition of the Girl Talk Concept since the singer is officially not working with EKB Records which belongs to Kiki Banson.
Speaking on Starr fm Entertainment show on Starr Drive ,Kiki Banson denied the reports and insisted that there is no truth in the reports. He claims he has no idea where the rumours were coming from and that in two weeks time, he will be launching and outdooring the headline for the event.
"I don't know where he information is coming from but seriously it is not credible. As typically as we are, we don't really talk about the show until we are ready. This rumours keeps coming almost every year. We heard it last year and even two years ago but in two weeks time or so, we will launch and outdoor the event as well as the headliner" said Kiki to Bola Ray the host.
Though he was push to tell the world if BECCA would still be the headliner, Kiki said "its all going to be a surprise and will be known after two weeks during the launch".
Earlier this year, Kiki and Becca went their separate ways after ten years of an artiste and manager relationship. It was during this management relationship that the Girl Talk Concept was conceived. The event for the past four years has chopped huge successes and has always being around the BECCA brand.
According to Kiki Banson, he still have a fine relationship with Becca so all is well.
