The president last week asked people in the industry, which EL suggests must have been imaginary to the President alone, not to allow politics divide them.
A communication on the President’s official Twitter page on Thursday May 7, 2015 said, "The division in our politics is bad enough. Let it not spread to our creative industry. Let's cease the polemics. --- JM".
Following this tweet, E.L and his colleague rapper C Real mocked the president in cyber conversation and suggested the leader is shirking responsibilities and not being up to speed with the dynamics in their world as entertainers.
EL has been very vocal about what he calls governments neglect of entertainers, saying a support system must be provided for them.
