Sarkodie To Launch His "Mary" Album on Grandmother's birthday

Sarkodie known in real life as Micheal Owusu Addo has announced his new album will drop on the same day his mother celebrates her birthday, September 12.

The multi-ward winning Ghanaian rapper, who is rated as Ghana’s finest musician at the moment, recently dropped a video of his new track titled "MEWU" off his up - coming album "Mary". The song which featured Akwaboah was released on his birthday.
 The "Mary" album is said to be a live recording album in honor of his grandmother who always wished he did music on live records.

The 2012 BET Award winner made it known via social media on Sunday, July 19, assuring his fans of enough awareness ahead of the album release.
