Wiyaala Turns Down $15,000 Glo Deal

Reports trickling in indicates Female songstress and performer, Wiyaala and her management have turned down a $15,000 ambassadorial role from Nigerian mobile operator Glo.

The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2015 Song Writer of the Year 2015 Winner from the Upper Region of Ghana is said to have refused the offer somewhere in May this year.

Unconfirmed reports indicates Glo’s conditions proposed to the songstress says, Wiyaala could not perform at any event sponsored by a competing telcos and that she would charge half price for any shows performed on behalf of Glo and whilst she would travel first class on Glo assignments, her manager would travel economy class.

Currently, the artiste is said to be charging an estimated amount of GH15,000 for a show which covers that of her full band.

 Just yesterday, news broke indicating VGMAs 2015 Artiste of the Year and BET African International Act Award Winner Stonebowy also rejected an ambassadorial deal worth $80,000 from the same telecom company.
