The third edition of the Ghana Music Week came to a closer at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday 8th March which spectacular performances from Kojo Antwi, Daddy Lumba, Samini, Kaakie, Vybrant Faya and many more well celebrated Ghanaian musicians.The MTN ALL STARS LIVE which is the last segment for Ghana Music Week recorded an impressive crowd who were thrilled to good Ghanaian music.
The long week celebrations witnessed a workshop for stakeholders of the music industry. The aim was to educate and inform stakeholder especially musicians ad their management on how to use latest technology to get more money for their creations.
On Friday, the 6th of March which marked Ghana's 58th Independence anniversary, the organisers of the Ghana Music week put together the Club Beer Ghana Music Honors; an awards night which recognises the hard work done by musicians in the Ghana. This winners of the awards are selected by the musicians and their management.
