If you check the interview, it was on something else. This came on the spur of moment. We all know the importance of being an MP. It’s an unfortunate remark".

Blakk Rasta continued by saying his attention was drawn to the publication on the website and immediately asked for it to be pulled down.

“My attention was drawn to the publication hours after the interview. l was made to see it and l said who said that, and l said wow!!, please pull it down”, he narrated.

“We have learnt our lessons and l don't think we will repeat that. Regardless of the truth, contempt is contempt. We came here to apologize. He should never say anything that affronts the body of Parliament. We can not sit here and say it can be justified. Even if marijuana takes you to heaven,if the Honorable House says it is contempt, it is contempt".

“On behalf of my client we apologize for it.”
