GHANA MUSIC WEEK SET TO KICK OFF with Kojo Antwi, Amakye Dede, Daddy Lumba set for All Stars Live
MUSIGA in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Creative Arts, Showbiz Africa and Fantasy Entertainment would be the third edition of the Ghana Music Week Festival which comes off from March 2 to 8, 2015.
The event is the official meeting ground for those leading and shaping the music industry in Ghana; bringing together and encouraging participation of artistes, stakeholders, the media, policy makers and music users.
The third edition is expected to be more better than the previous two editions and also receive high patronage. The last edition of the event recorded one of the highest number at the Accra Sports Stadium in Accra.
On Friday the 6th of March which marks the 58th Independence Anniversary of Ghana, the event will witness a night of honour dubbed "GHANA MUSIC HONORS" which is an award scheme by musicians and for musicians at the National Theatre. This award scheme is over seen by musicians who among themselves choose the best artistes in various categories and award them.
On Saturday, the 7th March at the Accra Sport Stadium, the biggest night in music performance dubbed, "ALL STARS LIVE 2015" will take place from 7 pm.
Various artistes who would be performing on the night include the music maestro Kojo Antwi, Amakye Dede, Samini, Daddy Lumda and many more.
