Its not even up to 24 hours since he got released from jail or maybe it is but there are already big plans for Chris Brown. There are reports that executives producing the BET Awards are not only inviting Chris to the show, but that they want to “appreciate him” for his contributions to the music industry. Despite Chris’ legal troubles and time behind bars, BET wants to support Chris and have him come to the show.
“They want to recognize everyone who has a unique talent such a Chris despite what may happen in his or her personal life,” a source said. “His music and his continued support in the inner cities need to be recognized. And most importantly, the fans wouldn’t have it any other way. His fan base has never wavered and that’s a true testament to his impact on his music listeners. They want him at the show this year. It will be good for him on so many levels and it’s a place where he will be respected and showered with love from fellow artist and fans.”
